- No-Excuses Guarantee: All standard work done in our shop includes 60 days of free service. This covers the original work performed as well as ANY other work needed or requested on the same computer.
- Easy Pricing Guarantee: There should be no mystery in tech service pricing. Before we do any work our customers will know up front exactly how much it will cost – no surprises, no “gotchas”.
In addition, customers on service plans receive unlimited free service from their plan:
- Silver: Unlimited In-Shop Service
- Gold: Unlimited In-Shop, Remote, and Phone Support
- Platinum: Unlimited In-Shop, Remote, Phone, and On-Site Repair Services
